Hi everyone,
I am hoping to gain some insight into the above question. My business is an online store that sells DIY diagnostic kits to the Australian food and beverage industry. I am one of the few, if not the only online store in the Australian market ATM and my online store allows busy customers the chance to purchase their food testing kits online 24/7, to fit in with their busy schedules.
My question is, should I be cold calling? I have been cold calling for the last year and I can't say I have had much success. 95% of my sales have been organic through google and google ads and I wanted to ask if there is other areas I should be focusing on rather than cold calling. My products are very niche, so I haven't bothered with social media as I don't think it is relatable to the average person.
I really appreciate any advice. Thank you!
