Because if you devote 100 percent of your time to your website, you will earn a good amount in five years, and continual income is better for the future than one-time money.

Fiamma, I highly highly recommend you read one of MJ's books Millionaire Fastlane or Unscripted as a start. He's been there and done business and sold his business. If you do that, you'll understand why making and selling a blog might not be a great idea, and save yourself years of loss.

Check out CENTS.

But you might not appreciate it, until you read the books, and level up your business sense and be geared to provide value.
