selling a service biz

I have a DJ company that I have been running for about 8 years now. I am finally burnt out to the point I no longer enjoy doing the work. I have 2 complete systems and one small house party system. Lights galore and a few props. I usually charge 125.00 per hour so the money is good, but I just got tired of doing it. Advertising is paid until August and the website is 10.00 per month. I have over 140,000 songs bought legally through a subscription service that would go along with the business as well as 300 gig of Karaoke. I would guess that the equipment is worth about 5k

How would you put a value on this type of Biz?

Alot of the money is paid in cash so my tax returns don't show much profit for the last 5 years. My best year was about 12.5k total. Last year sucked with the economy. Time to get out and start something new.
