Lets say you offer a service to a niche market.

Lets say you want to offer an incentive program to get your service into the hands of others in the niche. So the goal would be for those who have signed up already to use the service and spread the word to others in the market for you.

To be fair, its a new service so it will be free in the beginning before moving to a paid model.

Whats the best way to get this done?
