How do I market my service?

I've decided to take action on something I saw from MJ and I'm going to start a business where I clean bathrooms of public establishments. There are some places that I know that always have disgusting bathrooms. I'm wondering what the best way to market would be. As of now, I've just been cold emailing potential clients. I'm wondering if there is a better approach then this or if there is anything I could do to refine the current approach I'm using. Additionally, if anyone has any suggestions about the idea in general that would be much appreciated. I'm very new at all this and hardly know anything about this market.

Think about it.

You go to the bathroom and find them to be disgusting. You are already in the establishment aren't you? So ask for the manager or Facilities Manager if it is a larger establishment.

Point out to them that the number two reason people go to McDonalds is because of the cleanliness of the bathroom. (Don't know if this is still a fact but it was a few years go)

If it is restaraunt type place that wants to attract families then this is a big factor in a family deciding to make a second appearance or not.

Bring these points up and say 'Give me a day to clean the hell out of the place for free and if you are satisfied with the standard let's talk further'
