I started my idea with the image in mind of creating a platform for local small janitors (who mostly lack good systems) and costumers for them.

I had in mind of getting money monthly as a fixed price plus on top some relative share of the services the costumers book.

I think building a tool to help the small janitor ("One Man Shows") to free them from annoying inefficiencies is better.
Only B2B.

It's about online-calendar, automatic receipts, etc.

I am really interested how I should price it and make it as a business model as a whole...
