It is fun to read about my life...

That San Juan deal was a great one. I got an email with the property address and price and almost jumped out of my skin. I had company over but told them that I had to leave. I called the agent and said "me, me, me..." I'm in! It was in the process of falling out of escrow and we slid in perfectly!

Epic deal - the best ones are usually the most complicated. Funny we continue to tell investors, "Don't expect another home run," then hitting it over the fence again. D and I still regret not listening to ya and buying more...

I have a ton of content I've been saving up since the default began on Brentwood. Now that it has been cleared, it's good to finally let it out.
