One last concern I have before investing the time creating a website is how to create a reason to come back more than once.

The basic idea behind it is people can post different types of services they provide. Actually businesses can post and also just teenagers willing to mow\paint\etc. for other people. The posts will be limited by the amount of zip codes that their "ad" will be posted in and have to pay more in order to post in more zip code (first one is free).

Not going to bother getting more into it at this point because you can understand why people would come. I can see this being helpful for people who just moved to a new town whose looking for a good (or cheap maybe with the economy) barber or something of that sort. The problem is once they know of the barber what reason do they have to continuously come back. I suppose if they have other trouble such as computer troubles, or are just looking for somewhere cheaper.

Perhaps I am not looking at this the right way? I see the value it would bring to people but it wouldn't be a thing people would need to frequent much. Ideas?
