Thanks for sharing.

Another interesting point... with RE property taxes going up, affordability
will continue to go down. Adding extra cushion for tax increases will become more crucial for landlords.

From what I have seen personaly their are three things that are hurting the 30 and under crowd, and keeping them renters.

1. Student loans.
2. Poor spending habits, IE blowing a lot of money going out partying.
3. Poor buying habits. IE big car payments


They may have good jobs but the $600 a month BMW payment, and $600 a month student loan payment, $300 CC payments, and no savings from spending it on partying makes it impossible to get a mortgage.
