Reinvesting the Dividends

Hello,

For some reason, the stock I'm reinvesting the dividends with is charging me Foreign Tax each time it's reinvested. Is there a way I could tell in advance on which stock will or will not charge me foreign tax if I were to reinvest their dividends?
