Howdy,
I'm new to the forum and have been getting into the real estate investing game for over 3 years now ever since I inherited a house that was a huge rehab project to take on. I spent over $15k on the materials and did pretty much all the work myself. I have read many books on real estate investing, economics, business, and self-development. I look forward to expanding my knowledge and learning more about other entrepreneur avenues that people take. I work in construction and I have a blog that I've been working on. I'd like to help in anyway I can and I'm excited to participate in the forum.
