RANT: $20'000 For a LLC!!

I live in Switzerland.

And it is F*cking sad to start a business here.

A sole proprietorship is free but if you want to make a GMBH (the equivalent of a LLC) you need to have a capital upfront of 20k.

Reading MJ's book I've saw that making a sole proprietorship isn't a good idea but what are my other options??

I'm considering opening a LLC in the US and then work from switzerland, saw that this is also possible.

But idk and also I don't understand why registering a business should cost 20k.
