I've been trying to eat less processed foods. The less people mess with it the better.

Eggs and filtered milk > protein powder. Why eat some factory processed stuff, when I can just eat real food.

Cod livers > omega oils and other pills

I got some tins of cod livers in their own oil. Turns out it tastes pretty good. I don't like the texture but the flavor is good. My son LOVES them. He eats it like crack. We tried smoked livers today, and the oil has a nice smokey flavor. He was literally spooning the oil to drink. I guess that's good! Get the kids hooked on healthy super foods at a young age.

I remember trying to choke down fish oil as a kid. This stuff is 1000x better.

I just need to find a better source, it's damn near $10 Canadian a tin on Amazon.

My neighborhood is getting destroyed by huge mobs of migrants moving into multiple homes and the county/police do absolutely nothing about it. They encourage it actually. They're packing 20 people in one house and average 15 cars per house. It's easy to afford $4k/mo rent when you're dividing it among 20 people.

Someone should start a biz offering navy seal security guards to wealthy folks. Think of it as a specialized niche for recruiting agencies. It'll probably grow like crazy as civil unrest continues to rise.

Current pain points that I'm observing:

zero parking left because all the spots got taken by beater cars

Loud parties lasting 24 hours. Police don't come unless there is physical danger.

beer bottles and trash left everywhere along the street

sheds and tents being rented out in the backyards with illegal electrical wiring. Potential fire hazard.

Doordash is the primary gateway for the influx of migrants in the neighborhood. They're driving around with 5 phones using stolen identities. It killed the opportunity for those legitimately driving for Doordash with 1 legit account. If you successfully sue Doordash for this, you could win a lot of money.

If you can solve this situation, you stand to make $$$. There are a lot of wealthy neighborhoods currently experiencing this. The average home on my street is $1.4M.

Losses get amplified quickly.

People who have scaling systems set up are more busy, more stressed and work longer hours, and of course make more money when they are doing things right, because otherwise mistakes are much more costly.

If you are a solopreneur your revenue is mostly an unpaid salary. Capital expenditure or business cost is low. You could be busy but the mental stress is a lot lower because mistakes are less costly.

The real skill isn't in designing elaborate frameworks - it's in the discipline to do simple things consistently. Most breakthrough results come from doing basic things well over long periods, not from having the perfect system.
