Found out yesterday that Starbucks coffees have 300mg to 400mg of caffeine per standard coffee. No, this isn't any of that espresso or specialty made drink they have; it's far worse.
It's also far more than most energy drinks.
Upper recommended limit for a healthy adult is 400mg. Sit in their cafe and get a free refill or two and you can easily approach 1000mg.
I never knew this, as a standard cup of coffee is like 70mg to 100mg. 350mg in a grande/medium Pike Place.
Check everything.
Yup. I knew that for a long time. When I am really tired and must replace my blood with coffee, I go to Starbucks. Legal drug.
