@Aditya Gunjal - wow, don't you have a set of balls.

Sorry, but I'm not going to allow you (or anyone here) to lecture me on my diet, here at my own forum, so you can get your requisite clap-backs from your 24 year old male comrades.

For F*cks sake, don’t worry about what I eat.

Let me repeat that since your skull seems too thick to understand it: don’t worry about what I eat, and what I choose not to eat. And I’m certainly not going to entertain your loosely researched YouTube videos as support for your lecturing. If you have a problem with someone who chooses not to eat slaughtered beings as part of their diet, then keep it contained to that carnivore thread on here that is filled with young cocksure men who have miraculously discovered the secret diet to lifelong longevity (lol), or better your Facebook page.

I refuse to be assaulted with your bullshit (socialist or vegan propaganda, take your pick) as the first thing I see when I wake up.

Funny how the young, self-declared chest-pounding alpha-males seem virulently afraid of two things: socialists and vegans, as if you can't be one without being the other.

Appreciate the ask, but I refuse to try to "educate" people on anything related to eating a whole-food, plant-based diet, especially to young men who have been propagandized into thinking eating plants is weak, but sucking on breast milk from another species, forcefully impregnated, is not only normal, but manly. Wow, how "scripted" is that?

It doesn't matter what sources, data, or research is provided, it will be refused because, you know, "muh, meat, muh protein". If someone wants to be a Pfizer slave and on 6 prescription medications by the time they're my age, fine by me. The beauty of winning the lifetime dietary choice lottery is this: Time kills the losers. And men in their 20's haven't even gotten to the starting line, so getting lectured by them on dietary topics, is quite frankly, laughable.

The only thing that can change minds on such a topic is TIME and EXPERIENCE.

And I'm not the giver of either.

I don't think he aimed this at you, just seems like a misguided dude sharing a video.

Agree about the carnivore thread, it's mostly young guys forming a cult based on make-believe and cherry-picked data. Honestly, it's hard for them to know better when they're probably extremely healthy due to their age alone and will likely continue being so no matter how good - or bad - their dietary choices are. For now, at least.

Lol $30 for 1 skewer of boneless chicken leg (8 cubed pieces) and 2 cups of rice?

Do chickens have golden legs nowadays that I'm unaware of?

I get inflation is high... but some restaurants are just making up prices out of thin air and hoping some hungry idiot like me pays.

It’s because Victor Pride told them they need to eat bacon, eggs, steak and lots of butter and pretty much that’s all the food real men need… and macaroni, cheese, tofu, and soy are for babies and women. Apparently old grandpa just ate steak and potatoes, so you gotta eat the same

Less talk about diets and more memes about how much the government taxes your income...

Even after you pay all those pesky taxes, you still have to reconcile your net income with your gross habits

This guy was out delivering pizzas when he saw a house on fire.

He ran into said house and saved five kids.

"Once Bostic found the 6-year-old, he punched through a window so they could escape, he said."

Hero.

Some people have privileges and unfair advantages over others.

But if you can read and understand this comment, by using your computer which is powered by electricity and connected to the internet - you are amongst the privileged ones.

You have everything you need to succeed.

It's very easy to blame the rich and successful for your own misery, but this way of thinking will certainly hurt you, and will probably hurt society as a whole.

How many hundreds of millions of people need to starve to death (again) for the whole world to understand that Marxism is a very dangerous idea?

We should hear everyone's perspective. I didn't know he was doing this for patreon. The issue here was not about socialism or capitalism, the issue was about the dishonesty these people spray. Even they got their initial investments from family or else they say they got there by themselves giving people false objectives.
As sir MJ said we should be honest to customers but these people aren't honest to their own workers.
I am not saying they never worked hard, sure they did. But selling people dreams that they can be billionaire on their own(without any intial investment) or being honest.
It should be no surprise that people who are better off thanks to family wealth, personal connections, a good education and so on have an easier time attaining wealth.

If you’re born in an isolated tribe in Africa where there are no schools and no electricity and you grow up there, your chances to attain wealth are minimal. Sure, anything may happen, but likely building massive wealth will not be one of those things, unless you are the rare kind of person who is born with an innate desire for such wealth.

Also, it should come as no surprise that rich people, just like poor people, by the way, when marketing themselves will skew stories in such a way that it will make them look good, even if it involves lying. So what? It’s pretty much human nature. Their purpose isn’t to “give people realistic objectives” - it’s YOU who decides to follow them or not. You are responsible for your own life, no one else.

Everything Elon Musk or whoever you follow says is said for a reason, which usually involves promotion or financial gain. It’s not said in an effort to uncover the truth… that’s not why Elon Musk gives filmed interviews.

Imagine you are Warren Buffett and someone asks you how to get rich. What would you say? Spend every waking minute of your life reading financial statements and looking for undervalued deals, and then start negotiating for the ones that make the most sense? Probably not, because instincitvely you know most people will not even be able to do that. So you say a platitude - follow your passion or some such. Everyone can do that. It may not lead to wealth, but so what, not everyone needs to be rich, right? You just need to answer the question you were asked, not do some deep investigation about what leads to wealth… in fact, unless someone has spent significant amounts of time researching the topic of wealth and how it’s built it’s unlikely that they will give a meaningful answer even if they are rich themselves.

I don’t think there are any “valid for all” paths that lead to wealth. You need to trust your intuition and your gut and find the path that works for you. What that is will differ greatly if you’re in India vs if you’re in America or some other place. It would also differ greatly based on your own aptitudes and needs. If you’re living in a poor village in Africa, what will you do with a Ferrari and a Lambo? You’re better off getting electricity and clean water for yourself and your family.

But the whole point here is that wealth creation is something that happens in a free market economy where participants can distribute work based on pricing and comparative advantages, so that everyone, regardless of how high or low in the hierarchy they are can do the most valuable work for where they are at. Ofc an uneducated worker from a village in Africa will never be able to do the work Elon Musk does within the next 10-15 years… nor should he try. He should orient towards what’s most valuable for him, given his own set of talents and abilities.

Also, you can be a billionaire on your own through honest work and little initial access to capital. There are a lot of such examples as well. Just like you can win a hand in poker with 2 and 7 in your hand against pocket Aces. It’s just a lower probability, but don’t let that stop you. If it’s your destiny, it will happen.

Yes wealth differ as per circumstances. Now i will try to search problems that can be solved and scaled within my area or state, work around it with the help of people like you, and see what happens. Thanks for you time writing this.

First i will learn about Marxism as best as i can then, we may be able to discuss about it.
Yes i am privileged way more than what is necessary and it lead to comfort because of which, instead of trying to build something i am wondering about these people and all. Just like the story of stray dog sir MJ told about in his book(comfort kills the motive to work). Thanks to you too sir for taking some time writing this.

And i am sorry to all forum members who got annoyed and disrespected because of me, i am here to learn and help others in any way possible. I am not here to argue, to disrespect or to annoy anyone. Thank you for the keeping patience with me..

The idea of socialism sounds very good at a first glance.
But then you can pick up a history book and see how well it worked for the better part of the last century - a horrific blood bath and one of the darkest times in human history.

Yes i am privileged way more than what is necessary and it lead to comfort because of which, instead of trying to build something i am wondering about these people and all.
It's not just you.
We are all extremely lucky to be alive in this day and age, with unbelievable technology at our fingertips and unlimited access to free education.

It doesn't get any better than this - and still, some people choose to be envious of those that have even more than them. I don't think this is a very constructive attitude, to say the least.

So let's put the envy aside and let's get to work. We should build a better future for this planet.

The idea of socialism sounds very good at a first glance.
I think the issue that people don’t understand is that fundamentally MONEY = TIME. If you have a lot of money, you have access to a lot of people’s time.

So it’s about the efficiency of time allocation, that is what creates wealth, when time is allocated efficiently.

The price mechanism is just a great way to facilitate the efficient allocation of time in accordance with comparative advantages and opportunity cost towards the creation of value.

Once you understand that, you’ll understand that you cannot redistribute money to create wealth, since money is nothing but time, and distributing time equally isn’t an efficient distribution, it’s the exact opposite, the most inefficient distribution possible, that considers everyone’s time to be equally valuable in whatever occupation they might have.

Not uncalled for, actually warranted.

Nothing is going on in my life, never been happier, or healthier.

This guy has (in multiple posts) posted anti-vegan crap and keeps mentioning how he wants to "save me" and how I'm making a big mistake. Gee thanks bro for being my savior. I'm at zero tolerance to be lectured about my diet at my own forum, especially from young post-pubescent men. I find it on par with the the 21 year old who knows everything about getting rich because he suddenly made $112 from dropshipping, except he lives in his parents attic.

People are welcome to discuss whatever dietary lifestyle they want. I don't mention my dietary choices unless I'm in the requisite plant-based thread, or I'm being asked something, or I'm accosted with ignorance (which the latter seems more frequent)...

There are quite lengthy keto/carnivore threads here and you know what? You don't find me barging in on those threads and giving a lecture, you don't see me posting plant-based videos and screaming at all these young guys, claiming they're dumb fools for thinking such a diet is sustainable over the decades, or better, I'm here to set you guys straight and save you. I'm tired of holding myself to a standard of censorship while everyone runs their mouth.

Bottomline, no one ever cared what I ate for 48 years (even when I was constantly battling some type of sickness) ... until I stopped eating slaughtered animals and breast milk from lactating cows.

Now, suddenly everyone cares what I eat.

It's on par with a bunch of religious zealots who found a target that "needs converting" so my soul can be saved.

I liked this a surprising amount.

It's also a good lesson in human psychology - sometimes all you have to do be an authority is act the part with conviction.

hey teenage and early 20s fastlaners - here's a tip for you:

You think that your lives are WAY more dramatic than they really are.

That breakup that you're still whining over? You'll forget them in a few years, or as soon as you date someone hotter.

The embarrassment over spending hundred / thousands / tens of thousands on a business venture? You'll forget about that when you find a venture that succeeds.

Getting fired from a job, getting fired by a client, etc - you will laugh about this in a few months because there are always more jobs, more clients, and more opportunities.

The main reason that any of this seems so intense is simply because you lack experience with it. When you go through this stuff (good and bad) again and again, it impacts you less and less.

And what is the point of this rant? The point is to relentlessly charge towards your goals regardless of how you feel. You'll find out later that your feelings are often annoying distractions from your goals at best and absolute saboteurs at worst.

Don't get caught up in feeling good or bad - the only thing that matters is constantly executing toward your long term goals.
Thanks for this. As a guy turning 20 soon, I get demotivated when bad things happen and then resort to unproductive things.
