Thinking about it now this method would suit Australia quite well once the market settles.

The problem here is we pay stamp duty tax every time we sell which really adds up eating any profit but if you don’t sell then that’s not an issue.

However we bought our house in Feb for 570 and I think we could sell for 720 now so I don’t think I’ll be finding a deal any time soon

There’s 20 people at open homes just for rentals. Houses are sold sight unseen for 50k+ over asking
