I've only sold 1 domain name I bought through godaddy and sold it through sitepoint for $300. I developed the site and pretty much sold it a month later. The person was also with godaddy and I pretty much just transfered it to his account after he sent me a paypal payment.

I was just wondering where do you all think is the best place to buy and sell domain?

How are the transactions usually handled? Through some kind of escrow?

What happens if my domain was bought with godaddy and their host is with some other company? Is it easy to transfer? I didn't see that option with godaddy. Could of missed it somewhere.
