Let's test the power of the forum and social media ..... my last name comes from the town of Puczyce, Poland.
I will be visiting there in September as part of a business trip to Europe.

With 314 inhabitants I doubt you'll find any connections through the forum. Also, it's in one of the least inhabited parts of Poland quite far away from any major cities and has nothing that would make it stand out from thousands of similar villages (except for the famous ZCP hailing from there).

Jo da, høres bra ut. Kan organisere det når som helst (når det passer bra) fordi eg flytter til Polen neste måned ( men kan reise tilbage ingen problem )

Out of these Warsaw or Poznań is best for me though it depends on what you guys want to do. I'm not much of a city guy and being vegan makes me a frustrating addition to any hang-out lol.

I very, very rarely go there because it's too far from where I live and I don't have any business there. But Wrocław is a nice city from the 2 or 3 times I was there.

we start in riga, down to vilnius, then warsaw .... go out to Puczyce
then just need to be in munich a week later ..... so lots of options

For those in the forum ..... everyone on this trip met via this forum in some way or the other.
Put yourself out there. Meet and talk to people. Reach out! Go see each other!

Massive community of awesome people. And you don't have to go hang out in Eastern Europe to do stuff together.
Get a local group together and go do something stupid. It will be a blast. AND two or three businesses will pop up out of it.

But that can be annoying to many people. Poland is in Central Europe and there's a HUGE difference in mentality, infrastructure, etc. between Poland and Eastern Europe.
