Inspired by THIS THREAD by @Argue, I'm going to prove my agency Productocracy by getting our first client, and then 5 more.

The Goal is to prove beyond all reasonable doubt the viability and profitability of this venture.

This is going to be my hustle objective while I explore other business opportunities that best comply with CENTS.

Below an Infographic of the process.

UPDATE 1

After a bit of brainstorming, we finally come up with a value array that should solve different problems the client may have when dealing with this type of service. We tried to figure out what is preventing them benefit from such a service and what could help them get to the solution they're looking for.

It's amazing to see how much you can learn by putting yourself into your prospect's shoes. And that was all done without any interviews or survey.

We came up with a pretty strong USP, however, I can't really say that is something our competitors can't say. We'll do our best to be the first out there saying it, or at least the best at communicating it.

UPDATE 2

I had a soft proof of this USP while I was freelancing. Although that's far from being accurate, we've got to go ahead with it.

At the moment, I'm currently writing the copy for the Landing Page, while studying how to write effective copy. @SinisterLex thread was IMMENSELY helpful, thank you, man!

Today something great happened!

I was writing the final piece of the landing page and I was about to build it.

It has been a long—and sometimes frustrating—process because I didn't have all the data I wanted, but I like writing copy. So, in the end, it was fun.

Anyway, I was about to build the thing when I received a call.

It was one inactive client (who I considered long gone) I got a gig from when I was freelancing, last year.

He told me he needs us and he'll come visit this week.

I'm totally blown away! Not just because of the happy news but because I have been given an opportunity.

An opportunity that, quite frankly, I don't deserve.

This time, with all that I learned from MJ and you guys here on the forum, I won't waste this opportunity.

I can't tell you why, but I feel this is a gate for something far greater.

I'll definitely keep you posted! ;)
