have a few products on facebook, 3 people expressed interest and didnt go any further than just asking if i still have the item.

did they shop around online and find it at a cheaper price?

That's not enough data to see what your consumers are doing lol.

They could of even just clicked on it by accident in all honesty, keep driving traffic and analyse the data once you start getting more people to opt in

for peace of mind, i would forget about it and move forward if i were you
if they were going to buy it, then they would have after reading your response
just keep it moving, and if they actually do make a purchase, it'll just be a pleasant surprise

Three people is not enough of a sample size to determine anything. Do not make any decisions based on that.

Why would you express interest in a product and then back out?

Talk to your market. Get a feel for what they want. Give it to them.
