as mentioned below, i would rather do soley email support. since merchant accounts require toll free numbers, i'm stuck doing customer service via the foll free number.
i'm wondering how that will come across if the person answering the phone (msyelf) to give technical support is the same person doing the coding, marketing, designing etc.
doing this through email im ok with but adding this as another "job" i'm having trouble with.
