Let me give you this advice. (I'm not sure if you want it or not).

You tried to get others to partner with you or hire you and they didn't respond.
At same time you thought yourself play poker and you excel at it.

It might seem that your strength lies in doing things on your own.

So maybe, you could refocus a little to not to find someone with opportunity
but something you could alone.

As someone who is up $290,000+ (lifetime) through online gaming, I have seen that the window of opportunity for gaming is very brief. It is likely that your variant of poker will get more difficult in the future. I think you are wise to exploit your advantage in that department for as long as possible.

Regarding poker coaching, it sounds like you are currently coaching and then staking other players. You might also consider doing some straight up coaching at a per hour rate as well, but of course these players could become your own opposition, so you have to be careful with that.

You talk about "arrogance" and "rudeness" as two character traits of yours. I would encourage you to think of these as things that can be changed. I can tend toward a mindset like yours too ("Of course I think my opinion is right; otherwise I wouldn't hold that opinion, would I?" -- that sort of thing), and I think it goes hand-in-hand with what has made you excellent in making poker decisions and creating a winning formula for the variant you play.

Online poker is a selfish, lonely game, and so I would urge you to use a large percentage of your non-poker time thinking about and working with other people. This will help to beat back the arrogant or rude tendencies you may have, and it will help you to gain the relationships you are hoping for.

Building side projects and an entrepreneurial hustle to go with your poker profits is a great idea as well.

Hey @NVious.

Here's my advice, and I don't mean anything bad by it, just think it's something you need to hear.

I read your first post and thought you were really interesting. I liked your analytical approach, how you broke down the game, how you thought.

Then I read a few more of your posts. Looked at your instagram. Actually took some time to get a better understanding of what's going on.

You mentioned how you struggle to get people to follow up with you. They're receptive at the start and then it dies off.

Here's why I think that is:

You come off as crazy.

It's obvious that you're abusing some sort of substance or mix of substances. My guess is roid rage mixed with too much caffeine (someone that drinks too much caffeine often comes off the same as a cocaine addict, and is not someone that people want to deal with). And the reason I'm saying roids: you have a picture of Zyzz on your instagram who was known for using steroids to transform his life.

People avoid you because you're too much.

Chill out bro lmao

Even in this thread people have picked up on it.

MY IG STORY IS UNLIKE ANYTHING YOU'VE EVER SEEN, I'M ON A DEATHPACE (I'M HIGH ENERGY AF) AND EVERYDAY IS A GOOD DAY TO DIE.

Now, the problem you have is that you don't want to change. You have created this identity for yourself of this "deathpace" guy that doesn't give a F*ck and is super motivated all the time, nothing will stop him and he'll do anything it takes to win.

Unfortunately, that's not someone that people want to be around. That's not someone that people want to do deals with or buy stuff from.

Yeah, you're motivated, but your self-created identity is what's keeping you back.

So my advice to you: Figure out who you actually want to become. What do you want out of life? Think long and hard and actually figure it out. Once you figure it out, change your identity to becoming that guy, and not this high-energy deathpace character that you're playing.

I would call you an idiot, but I understand why you think the way you do, I am truly one in a billion.

My bad bro.

Didn't realize you're one in a billion.

Sorry for my previous post. Was just trying to help but it came off wrong.

Best of luck.

Np, you will.

Didn't realize people were helped by claiming they were crazy and on drugs, but hey you're the genius that figured it all out here.

I’ve skimmed through your thread

Point #1: You won’t get very far in life with that attitude. One of our members have tried to help you, but you took his critique as an insult

Point #2: no one here cares about your 6 pack and big biceps, this is a business forum FFS

If you are here to unload your self-help porn you binged for days and then mention you are “1 in a billion” when someone offers your help to - you won’t be welcome here.

It’s a community of humble entrepreneurs / wantrepreneurs with a common goal of building a business, but it seems like you might TOO good for us.

Book “Go giver” will be a great read for you, if you are still with us.

Just to clarify, as I've gotten a little lazy with my maths due to old age and the fact I am an actual crazy drug addict, but are you saying there's roughly 7.5 of you on this Earth?

I went and counted how many pitches I've made on IG alone, 70+ in the past 1.5 months, all gone basically nowhere.

I hear the same shit, there are very very high level individuals who have explicitly said "we HAVE to meet, face to face" and then it fizzles out, I'll keep trying, but it is what it is. I had one guy who is very VERY important in his industry offer to fly me out to his country to help him with a variety of things, ofc I say yes as I am open as F*ck.

It goes from "yeah I'll pay for everything" to "you buy the ticket" to me saying "I'm having this issue, how do we proceed?" (with the full intention of proceeding) and he ignores me.

Anyways, I was actually going to make a useful post before that moron started spouting off total nonsense like not working hard so I can impress moronic lemmings who I spent my entire life trying to impress AND THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME, high level individuals>>>>everything or I'll just use my core skill to grind my way up.

^^ You say you have trouble getting people to work with you...

Then to the people trying to help you, you say:

I would call you an idiot, but I understand why you think the way you do, I am truly one in a billion.

Ok let's have total war.

I've made decisions on partnerships, paying vendors, employees and contractors with the cumulative sum totaling well into the millions.

FWIW, I wouldn't work with you. I'd stay away from you with a 100 ft pole.

You seem like a narcissist that's erratic and all over the place who I couldn't possibly trust with my money, my reputation or my team. Maybe this is why other people wouldn't work with you either?

This is just raw feedback. Take it or leave it.

You don't want help, you want praise. Yes, you're exceptional in Poker. You do lack everything else. You can't deal with people. You will never have good partnerships in the future. You are better at poker, don't forget that. That does not make you the salt of the earth, it makes you a very competent poker player.

Until you learn to actually deal with people, forget about ever owning a business mate. Best of success, I would be a customer of your course, but i'd never want anything to do with you, and if you read all other comments left on the thread, the sentiment is rather unanimous across the board. Take the hint or go on and tell me more about how you're "one in a billion" in order to feel good about yourself.

How come that you write you are the best and you give no sample? 40k hands is like month of work. Your stackes are also low. Best dude with average buy in 50? Top regs have hourly like 500 usd/h+.

"You don't want help, you want praise. Yes, you're exceptional in Poker. "
He IS not. He's winnings really don't tell anything about him. He could win two torunaments what means literally nothing.
