Love the content of this video showing the decision patterns of most humans.
The title in my opinion is completely wrong though - the decision patterns are not irrational, to the contrary they are very rational in terms of the benefits to the decision maker versus the cost of repercussions if the decision harms the people the decision is made for - in terms of governments - none, in terms of doctors - small.
