A friend at work (yes, the breakdown..errr slow lane) was talking about this TED talk, so I had to check it out when I got home. I'm glad I did! I am entirely guilty of focusing on the what. I am entirely guilty of focusing on the money, success and notoriety. I always want the result. Even when I find a need of other people, my first thought is always the result. Time to change and find some backbone to why I am doing what I do.
