Basically it shows whether politicians kept up with each of their campaign promises. For instance, it is currently tracking Obama's 510 promises. Very interesting way to keep politicians accountable.

I think this has the potential to really take off. What a great concept to fill the need of folks wanting to know what their politicians are saying versus actually doing.
