How did you start off? What was your first venture like?
What struggles did you have, and what would you have done differently if you had known?
What, in your opinion, was the crucial step that effectively launched you into the fastlane?

Etc.Etc.

Entrepreneurship can be a real struggle, it'd be nice to hear from those who have 'made it as encouragement :)

Solve a problem, start a business.

So many people begin their career in entrepreneurship by staring a business and then trying to find the market...

This is backwards.

Instead, find your market, then serve them as best as you can.

If you get this right you are ahead of 90%.

p.s. I sense that you haven't read the books... read the books.

First step is to not run after ready made business models that are being pushed by gurus (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, Facebook courses).

Like the others said: find a problem that you can solve, then create a product or service to solve it.

If using Amazon, Ebay, Facebook etc as a sales channel makes sense after that, then you can use guru courses to learn the ropes and accelerate your success.
