Passive Real Estate Syndications

Hello, I'm a new subscriber, first time poster and just found MJ through a podcast, ordered his books and am hooked (still can't believe how I've NOT come across The Millionaire Fastlane until now but better NOW than NEVER).

I'm looking for others to connect with that have invested in passive real estate syndications (we're currently in 8 deals).

As a doctor, this investment strategy has completely changed our lives and given us options (we're mid-40s) instead of investing for 40 years in the market.

This thread isn’t getting as much attention probably because it’s unlikely you could go fastlane with minority stake in various operators for passive RE income. It’s not following commandments of CENTS. @DebtFreeDr when you finish reading Unscripted , you’ll see that. It’s where you may choose to park your F*ck-you-money.

RE can be fastlane. But it’s usually active work that can get you there. Just thinking of a few members who can add to this…

I've actually made more partnering with a company raising capital in the last 9 months that it takes me in almost two years of seeing practice.....so I think I'm on a faster lane than I was..................

How does one get into the business of partnering to raise capital?
