Today was a big one for me.
I officially paid a product designer a lump sum to bring my first product to life for GrowCapBaby – my brand focused on making life easier for parents and their babies.
I’m not dropshipping. I’m building a physical product from scratch that solves a real problem I’ve experienced as a parent. The vision is clear, and today was the first real investment to make that vision real. This is just the beginning. Manufacturing, prototyping, branding, and marketing it’s all next. I’ll be using this thread to document every move. Wins, Ls, lessons all of it.
