I want to outsource a part of the job (using Upwork) but I'm quite unsure what to ask those people (I already found some). Like how do I proceed? What do I ask?
They know much more in detail about let's say SEO or social media advertising, I'm not the one with all the skills and teach them how to do stuff. How do I manage them? What do I ask for?
