Obviously it is important for all of us to keep track of phone numbers, emails, and what their purchases were... the purchases will always have to be logged manually for me. What are you all doing to keep this easy and organized? Right now im using a notepad, its a nightmare but it works. Here is what a contact looks like.

Purchased a Door
Spent $500
Interested in Windows/Doors/Flooring
Addison, VT

(555) 444-6454
A notepad is a hard copy i do not have to worry about losing but if i want to do a search on a database i do not have it, i am currently managing emails online but i want an all in one. Thank you
