I played around with for a little bit with OpenAI's new browser Atlas.

I gave it this prompt: "Me and my fiancee will go to Jacksonville to look at rental properties to stay in. Our budget is $1800/month. We want two bedrooms and two baths. And we ideally want the property to be in a safe neighbourhood with low crime and the property is a complex with a community pool, gym, common area, etc. We also want the people that live there to be around our age which is 25-40."

It came back with this response:

Start with the right neighborhoods

  • Avondale, Jacksonville Beach, Riverside, San Marco & Windy Hill – a city‑guide piece for 2025 notes these areas are perfect for singles and young professionalsextraspace.com. They offer outdoor fun, restaurants and are safer than much of Jacksonvilleextraspace.com.
  • A renter‑life blog from August 2025 also highlights Riverside, San Marco, Murray Hill and Southside as favorites for 20‑somethingsapartmentlist.com.
  • One real‑estate site even suggests the Brooklyn neighborhood is built for twenty‑ and thirty‑somethings, though rents can run higherrealnetflorida.com.

Three complex options under $1.8k

Complex & Area2 BR/2 BA Price & SizeWhy It Fits (amenities & vibe)
Grove at Deerwood – Royal Lakes$1,399+ for a 2 BR/2 BA (≈1000 sq ft)zillow.comResort‑style pools, lighted tennis courts and a stocked lakezillow.com. Large kitchens, patios/balconies and spacious floor planszillow.com. Peaceful setting yet near major employers; suits young professionals looking for quiet luxury.
Magnolia Village – Spring Glen$1,642–$1,737 for a 2 BR/2 BA (≈1,272 sq ft)zillow.comResort‑style pool with sundeck, fully‑equipped fitness center and lush landscapingzillow.com. Units have designer kitchens, GE appliances, in‑unit laundry and walk‑in closetszillow.com. A gated community and resident social center give a friendly, secure vibe.
The Felix – 32256 (Near Bartram Park/Southside)$1,649–$1,819 for a 2 BR/2 BA (≈1,098 sq ft)zillow.comTwo months free rent special with some unitszillow.com. Contemporary design, screened patios and full‑size washer/dryerzillow.com. Amenities include a dog park/spa, yoga/fitness lawn and smart‑home featureszillow.com. Geared toward modern, tech‑savvy renters in their 20s‑30s.

Why these pickles make sense

  • Budget‑friendly – All three fall below your $1,800 cap.
  • Amenities – Pools, gyms, social spaces and even tennis/yoga lawns mean you get the community feel you wanted.
  • Young‑professional vibe – Each complex sits near the neighborhoods the guides recommend for 25‑ to 40‑year‑oldsextraspace.comapartmentlist.com.

Next steps

  • Plan a short tour of these complexes when you’re in Jacksonville.
  • Ask leasing offices about crime statistics and resident demographics; they can provide updated info on safety and average age.
  • Bring your sense of humor—you’re renting in Viking style, after all.
Let me know if you want to explore more neighborhoods or schedule tours!"

I thought that was pretty cool that it scans the internet to find properties that fits my preferences and included a link to all the properties (unsure if Chatgpt did that before).

I could definitely see this being very useful if you need to understand a lot of information very quickly. There is probably a bunch other other use cases that this can be really handy for and I am just scratching the surface. I will update more as I have spent more time with it.

But has anyone played around with it, if so what are your thoughts? Could you see this being useful for your business/research/content creation/marketing/etc.?
