I am Tyler W, I have started many different businesses and been the owner/operator. Typically I have just made the business work and been the primary driver in revenue. I have begun to invest in Real Estate, and my current businesses are there, but does anyone have any advice, books or resources to help me figure out how to cross the chasm? Currently have 3 Employees for an appraisal business, 3 agents in the commercial real estate brokerage that I am buying (in process), and several groups of partners for JV real estate investments. I make good income and don't have much 'stupid' debt, other than a house and investments. I am at the cusp of going from 300k in gross sales to 1.3 mil in gross sales with the successful expansion of these businesses.
