I tried searching the forums and couldn’t find exactly what I am looking for. I was hoping to bounce around ideas with regard to industry specific opportunities. My example would be that when I was in the cement industry, there was a shortage of cement pigs. These are trailers that can be left at a job site and filled with dry cement. NOBODY could find them and they rented monthly for about 3% of the purchase price. Does anybody else want to share inside knowledge about possible opportunities in their sector?
