Niche Product Not Worth Pursuing ?!?! When to switch boats?

Hey all,

I have a BTC Food Business idea in the healthy snack market in Germany I am pursuing right now.
Primal Bar is a health bar with an extreme vitamin density but only natural ingredients. Among nuts and berries, it contains dried beef liver.
It is the first bar in Germany that contains any meat products. Benefits include a healthy time-saving snack option that has all the benefits of liver without the intense taste of liver.

I developed prototypes and went through the CENTS framework.
The Need is what I am evaluating right now.
I created an Instagram account and posted shorts and pictures. I also made a Google form to collect Email addresses since I offered that the first 100 people on the list would get a free sample product.

So on Instagram I explain the benefits of the heath bar and tell them about the offer of the first 100 bars free.

I´ve spend around 45 Euro in Ads with around 100 Clicks to the forms page, but only 2 people entered their E-mail addresses.

I am not sure what it does mean and at which point in time I switch boats and evaluate the need of another Idea.
