I'm new to the group and looking to learn as much or possibly more than I learned from MJ's great book. Not only was the book eye-opening, but it has also encouraged me to make significant changes in how I do things and how I see things. I currently work for the Federal Government, invest in Real Estate, and am looking to escape from my 9-5. Per the book, I'm operating at a 60% deficit, and it's a losing proposition I never realized. Thanks for opening my eyes, MJ!
