I don't think there's an option to pay for the service either.

The site is just an online platform for real libraries. I think a library can create an account at this site, choose what content they want and then offer account to its users.

Cascades library has one of their own that i used to use. not sure if thats the library you goto or not.

I went to my local library (LightHouse, I use both, Cascades and Sterling, both Loudoun county Library branches) and found they have now this service where you can now watch online the videos they have in the library so now you don't have to check out the DVD. I think this is GREAT!
Topics like rehabs and legal documents are covered. Check it out.

By the way, if you have kids, they have a long list of things for them.

Just as the Netlibrary service, I think it works based on whether your local library is registered, so take a look.

I just went to my local library's website and found they suscribe to 3 such services
(Overdrive, Net library and MyLibraryDV).
