i googled my idea and there is nobody or anything out there in anyway similar to my idea, as for patent i visited legal zoom but i would like to talk to my drawer so he/she knows exactly what i want

Don't forget there are patent ATTORNEYS, and patent AGENTS, both are equally qualified to work on your patent issues, and the patent AGENTS should be far less expensive. Also, some people have had some success with contacting the patent office themselves, and getting advise straight from the examiners as to how the should rewrite their patent to make it stronger (though this might be borderline not so legal). Keep doing google searches.

Remember, you want to have a professional evaluate your patent application at some point, whether it be an agent, attorney, or person at the patent office...you don't want to plaster "patent pending" on a product only for that product to fail the patent process. It is worth the <$2000 to get a pro to look at your design and original art/claims,

If you need patent drawings, go to an attorney. They are one of the hardest things to do. The cost of your attorney depends on the complexity of your invention. The more complicated, the more drawings, the more expensive.
