Good Day Folks;

I’ve been considering this post significantly over the past couple weeks and been going back and forth over whether or not I should publish (because god knows how many damned threads just like this there are). But I have decided to fire and go ahead with it… and no I promise you this isn’t any dreampraneur bullshit, if it becomes that way I am giving you all permission to berate and abuse my sorry a$$ if it turns out that way.
My value skew, I am going to provide massive value to the market, I'm going to fill needs, and I'm going to make F*ck you money by the time I'm 30 and retire.

Introduction

Most of you good folks here won’t know me, and that’s absolutely fine. I’ve spend years lurking on the forum and made the decision to pay to join this year.

I am Luke, I’m 20 years old.

I’m rather unexceptional, I have a good head on my shoulders, love sports and athletics, hate microplastics and GMO etc.

Me and every other wannabe success am I right ?

Why do I wanna be wealthy?

Now we all have our whys on top of the usual “I want a lambo” and “I wanna be financially free” reasons I will shamelessly confess initially brought me here, I have a deeper reason which has ripped the scripted illusions blindlers off of my face; and left me seeing the brutal truth of the world.

My mum nearly lost her life to pneumonia gone bad, having seen her follow the slow lane; one too many “no fun now I'm saving for later”, and budgeting and basically kicking the can down the road to gamble on some promised “golden years”. Seeing how unpredictable life can be, how little the slowlane system has cared (or lack thereof) for her now she is unable to work and just showing how little chance that “get rich slow” will actually result in getting rich, I've decided to launch on my entrapeneuerial journey.

I can never make the trade of good time now for old time later, for memories later and frugality now, and for no time for fun and banking on a wonderful golden years (I’m sure you can all agree, but walking through the town center on a weekday and seeing the old age pensioners being carted around by their carers or worse in a nursing home is certainly not what I call the “golden years”).

So there is my why, and no I don’t want sympathy. It’s life, life has no reason to be fair with us. There is no real greater meaning to luck, it really is just chance and the hand we’ve been dealt!


My F*ck this event.

already this year I’ve had 2 jobs,

Let’s call the first company Payments Bank to keep myself out of the firing line of legal or HR teams.

Now I worked for Payments Bank (a credit card processing company / acquiring bank) from July 2024 until around Feb of this year, where they made us redundant as they were losing money: in retrospect if any of you business owners know much about the industry, you’ll know all card machines and banks are essentially the same, the only skew (PRICE)!!! Well if I had only known I was in a flawed overly competitive industry I may not have wasted 50 hours a week slaving away making sales for a boss who didn’t give two F*cks about me.

Then after being made redundant, one of the managers from the bank let’s call him James reached out to me saying he is opening a Brokerage in the same sector and wants me to be a salesman for him !

Of course, I didn’t take a second to think critically about it, I was probably thinking about how desperately I need to have a 9-5 to contribute to society and be a good MODEL citizen (lol).

TLDR; same shit happened again around August 8th where James lays us off, because surprise surprise , in a commodities market, with no barrier to entry, a shitty little brokerage cannot make a profit. So bye bye wage slaves, hope you all the best!

Let’s just say that annoyed me, on top of my already boiling blood over a shitty system anyway, not doing what I love (don’t mistake this for me making a business doing what I love, I mean slaving 5 days a week for 2 days of “freedom”)

I am now fully following entrapaneurship!

(Mods if this is classed as marketing my brand I will remove the company name, this isn’t marketing this is about my brands story )

So I started selling luxury watches on eBay, and on my own website (LOL), as you can imagine that worked about as well as doing what I love.

However one good thing I learned from my F*ck a$$ jobs at the payment processing companies is a strategy I’ve seen a lot of recently.

Prize draw competitions,

Now I originally created a prize draw site, for the watches, which I saw had much greater interest with a prototype. And then I added casino games as this is already a well known need (make people feel better, raise a positive emotion, enhance their hopes and dreams); and what you see commonly with these online casinos. They are basically money stealing machines, take money, return nothing. All turns need to be wagered!

That’s not how you make disciples right!

So what is our skew, I like to think this should encourage users to choose us over these other sites;

But

1) we offer instant payouts
2) much better odds than most casinos
3) gamified XP, more you spend, you can get prizes like an iPhone, Rolex, cash to reward loyalty.
4) prize competitions included with the casino
5) a customer first experience.

So TLDR, I fill the needs of the gamblers of the world, and at the same time I skew value to make them have a better experience. And of course with the 3A’a the user experience will evolve to be Exactly what my customers want, no over-capitalism like what evidently runs rampant at these other corporations !

What have I done so far?

I’ll keep this listed to bullet points so there is a clear list of actions I have taken towards the larger goal:

1. I have got my data processing license for running an online casino from a server in a country where there aren’t any gaming laws
2. I have incorporated as an LLC in said country
3. Hired full stack web developer to do the final touches (I was trying to learn the code, with AI and vibe coding I thought I may have a chance but honestly 80/20 principle. The website and the games are like 20% of my success for 80% of my time being spent? That’s a waste, I’ll outsource it and get a product to market quicker. Worth the £1k)
4. Own a domain
5. Have no 9-5 (I plan to pick up part time work as a cleaner, or bar man. Whatever can keep the boats afloat when I need cash)
6. plan to launch next Friday

Next steps

from Friday when I launch, I am planning on marketing via influencers, posting on Reddit and gambling forums.

And then I’m expecting a whole load of NOTHING

THATS RIGHT , I’m not expecting this will be the end of the tunnel. My escape to entrapaneur freedom!

I’m hoping I get a few visitors, feedback, maybe 1/2 paying customers.

The next 3 months I aim for 100 paying customers (with an average spend of £10) this will be enough profit to completely make the business my full time job.

Then once we hit that milestone the next goal will be 1000 paying customers per month, then 10,000 etc . You get the picture

Once I have made that beautiful million per annum profit, I will liquidate and retire young!

Now this is all well and good, but far down the road.

Why this thread?

Well honestly two reasons spring to mind

1) I love to write ( I always fancied myself a bit of an author, however nobody is gonna pay to read this. So I’m hoping that my rambling can either entertain or educate future entrepreneurs on my failures and / or successes)
2) to keep me accountable.

I’m sure you’ve all seen several threads just like this, selling themselves as the next Musk, only to go AWOL a week later (who knows maybe they really did make millions and escaped ‍♂️ lol)

But I will aim to keep weekly updates every Friday,

This will include:

- what I have done that week
- what I need to do
- thoughts
- problems / solutions
- general rants and raves of a young man who wants desperately not to go back to work
