Hello,
I am YoungnBroke and I am currently 16.
I joined this forum a year ago and back then I was really enthusiastic about building up a Buisness. But in the last year a lot of bad shit happened in my life I started drinking shortly after my 15 birthday and about 2 months after that I started smoking weed. And I think December last year I started smoking on a daily bases. My longest (sad) streak was smoking 90 days in a row and round about 3 joints a day. Of course my school suffered from this. Now I came to the realization that all of this getting drunk and high shit destroys my teenager life and I want to pursue in buisness again. That's why I worked in the summer and have a budget of 400$ to start. Yeah that's how I f*cked up my life in 6 months.
Welcome back to reality. Actually, it doesn't sound like you have done any permanent damage to your life. We all make young and dumb mistakes. If you didn't have a crash and hurt or kill someone, didn't get arrested and incarcerated, pretty much everything else can be worked out. You have, probably, burned some bridges and violated some trusts. Those are going to take time and effort to rebuild. You are very young and you have 80-90% of your life ahead of you. Your recovery and success will not be linear, it will be very messy, so expect and plan for that.
You also may have a bias toward addiction. It helps to know that about yourself and be ever vigilant so that you do not get addicted to substances.
I wish you well on your journey.
