I own a company in a building which is owned by an idiot. My lease is 1+5. I exercised the 5 year option months ago, and am yet to have a new lease despite being an excellent tenant, and the owner keeps breaking the lease (fails to maintain the building, etc, etc). He's a bit :coco:
My solicitor and barrister (an expert consultant solicitor who consults my solicitor for $4K PER DAY) wrote the owner's lawyer a freaking uber-cool letter today. The letter really gave it to him, and gave him an ultimatum: comply by a certain date, or I'm starting action in the Supreme Court.
Hahahahaha!
I'm happy!
He'll get it tomorrow, and it'll screw his weekend good. He deserves it, too, because he's a real a$$ (which was given said kicking).

Pay back is good, but it's awesome with a great legal team to do it for you.
