My name is Lucas, but you can call me Fosterz.
I am a 20 year old student currently in the UK, still clueless about everything but with the idea that only because I'm aware of my ignorance that is already a great step forward.

Oh most definetely.
What I do know is that I live in a world full of so much shit around (can call it stimuli as well), every second at every place wherever I go my mind will start shifting through so many ideas that I feel like I have no real control over myself.
That can just make things worse and increase anxiety, but again, I am aware of it, and will eventually sort it out.
I could keep writing about my thoughts but feel like it's already too long of an intro, expecting to gain valuable knowledge in this forum.
