Hey Everyone!
Have you ever felt like your goals and ambitions are outbalanced by your setbacks?
Because I am only 16, often times I feel that my setbacks may be more restricting than that of someone who is older.
For Instance...
I would like to dedicate 3-4 hours a day to my business projects, this could be planning, calling, researching, or even just reading business books. The problem is my schedule, I go to school from 9-3:20 everyday, go workout from 4:30-6:30, eat dinner till 7, shower, homework/studying from 7:30-12:30 and by the time I am finished with all of that I am exhausted. What do you think I can do to work in some time for business? Keep in mind skipping classes or not working out or doing homework are not an option, they are set in stone!
Also...
I am trying my best to be ambitious with my goals, I have been writing out the plans for my projects, researching, etc. One of my steps was have my parents create a bank account in my name so I can use KickStarter (If necessary) and have all of my funds from any business things go directly into my own account with a credit/ATM card attached to it. My Father does a few entrepreneurial side projects, so I thought he would understand..he said that he was really glad that I am dedicated to business but he said that for now he wants me to work on school work...obviously I won't, but that leaves me in the cold on getting a bank account. It also effects me if I need to ask them for a loan/startup money/etc.
Or even...
I am really interested in Option Real Estate (I read the book by CashFlowDepot aka Jackie) and I want this to be my primary focus, it is not too much work, there are plenty of houses in my area, and I can do it on an as-needed-basis to fund other projects, however, I can't sign contracts with Sellers/Buyers because I am under 18. Because of the situation stated above, going to my parents is not an option...another road block that I am working around!
These are just a few things that I have noticed that hinder my progress, often times I stay up until 2 or 3 so I can get some business time in. Can anyone lend any advice on what I could do?
What problems are you experiencing that set you back in life or business, and what do you do to get past them?
Cheers!
