How many of you have experience running successful sites in markets you researched which were according to google/keyword search tools very small?
I have a site i'm working on but I'm not sure how much of a market there is for it. Most of the keywords don't get huge volumes. There are some that get a good amount but there are also free versions of this product available online (not as good quality) so it's hard to tell which consumers are searching for free and which are willing to pay.
I found one site in a similar niche that was once listed for sale claimed to be generating profits of $18,000/month but who knows how accurate that is.
