We wanted to check if there is an option somewhere in the world that we can get a kind of - company account - company entity that we can just do jobs, i.e. - finding vendors and paying them through this entity - and getting paid by client through this entity

Not an expert on the topic but shady accountants in the country of interest might do it for you for a fee, which should overall be cheaper, easier and more anonymous than setting everything up yourself.
