I'm trying to find an article I read recently about how to outsource your website development. The advice I remember from it is to break down your project into small pieces. Hire three different people to work on the first part of the project. You'll know after they deliver who is the guy to use for the rest of the project.

I thought I'd seen the link here, but I can't find it, and Google is coming up blank.

Anyone know the link I'm talking about?

Thank Mike, these are good resources, but I'm looking for a link to an outside site, not something within fastlane.

Honestly, I'm not certain it was a link from here. You know when something's on the tip of your tongue? Just like that.
