Hello,
I'm Riccardo and I'm an Italian full stack developer and fundamentally a computer lover.
I always had the dream of founding a my software house, then with my several projects (mostly about development tools) I decided to start seriously this adventure. But also for more pragmatic reasons: the quality of computer programmer in Italy is often sadly mediocre, often by the same ones who should supervise you, ending up being underpaid and stressed by unnecessary complications.

For various reasons I have decided to pass as an independent and for now, as far as alone, my software house is used for the development of outsourced products that can be licensed to more potential customers.
There is still a long way to go and I am still a long way from having a constant income.

Many bosses hate remote work because they want to conceptually feel like they are in control of their slaves. Personally, however, more than the concept itself of being someone's master, I would like to collaborate with very talented people also for my projects that I have to develop that require skills and creativity.

So I would like to develop my company mainly remotely so as not to have any restrictions from a geographical point of view. In addition I would like to spend a little money and a lot of time in creating a website where the freelancer, where possible, a developer can by means of offer bids on the development of certain pieces.

To get started, however, I need to secure steady income. There is an option that tempts me where, however, I need liquidity to implement it: since developers in Italy are very undervalued I would like to hire developers with good skills and specific know-how to use to offer them a better wage for then offering to its ex-company an outsourcing development contract, also exploiting the internal marketplace system to ensure the highest quality of product development. Sure, it's a bit infamous as a thing, but trust me: I worked as an employee and the only thing I can think of is "whoever makes it, expects it".

Therefore, investors interested in this process should be found, choose the fields in which they want to invest (where perhaps there are several companies in the same sector to make more contracts) and then develop a contractually solid system to distribute dividends among investors, also based on to the chosen sectors. I would also offer investors the opportunity to actively participate in certain managerial choices in the sectors chosen on the basis of the share held.

This is a way that I would like to use in order to have the right solidity to be able to proceed with the development of my innovative products. Unfortunately I tried, and I have no way of getting investments as a start up because it is a too technical idea and (they said) without enough competition, if not "big companies". However, I myself would like to create a high-spectrum software house, without limiting myself to a particular idea. Before accusing me of lack of focus, know that it is also my way to outsmart my ADHD.

At the same time, every product created for creating a more attractive investment environment can in turn be resold to third parties if it is well received.

Thank you,
Riccardo
