I mentioned in a previous post about my endeavors in pressure washing as a side hustle. Another endeavor that I have planned to allot some of my time to this summer is real estate. Originally my plan was to become a licensed realtor to learn business and negotiation, get an inside look into real estate as I would like to own rental properties - residential, and commercial - and assumed that would be the best call. If I become a licensed realtor, I'd be out a little under $1k and maybe a little more once I take some experienced realtors to dinner to get incites. Would being licensed provide advantages and leverage compared to not being licensed in purchasing properties, and a good source of income while providing value to my clients?
