Hello all.

I've been on a constant mission of self reflection. I'm really trying to crack a few lingering habits that I feel have been slowing up my progress. As I have been reading here in the fast lane I can't help but notice that so many have the same questions, fears, as well obviously sharing a mutual desire to be something greater. At one point what became my blog was simply a journal but after after my initial introductory post here on the forum I got the idea (and I must admit, courage as well) to publicly post my journal in the form of a blog. I call it "brainshampu" The idea is to explore my own experiences, feelings, fears and opinions openly with my readers and hopefully gain some insight into our individual dilemmas and if I'm lucky maybe inspire others to pose questions in their own lives. I hope that it will be a motivation to some.

The latest post "Thirst, Habit, and Hypocrisy" can be read at brainshampu, reconditioning our deep conditioning
I would love any feedback!!!!

Thanks and much success!

I read that and really identified with it. I think we all have those lingering habits and negative programs that we have to break and replace with more positive and productive ones.

I'm going to check out your blog and twitter, give it a read when I get a chance.

Best of luck and welcome to the fastlane!
