Don't know if anyone already uses this service or not, www.jott.com, but I thought I'd share it. It's a free phone messaging service. You can send group or individual text messages and/or emails using your voice. You can also message yourself.

I've found it very handy to message myself with an idea or reminder while driving.

I've been using Jott for a year or so now, and it's a decent service. The biggest drawback is that the transcription is done by actual people (who listen to your message and then transcribe it), and they often try to "interpret" things that you say when they don't understand it.

This can make it difficult for technical people who use terms and acronyms not understood by the general public (and therefore not understood by the transcribers).

lol. Yeah, I've noticed a few times what I said read kinda funny. But I've found it very handy on the road.
