Halfway through it. Didn't think I needed to read it because I've read the other 2 multiple times, but I was wrong! Really enjoying the fiction & non-fiction mix (and seeing a few home truths in there too ). Will report back when I've finished it.

Initially I didn't read it because I didn't think it would teach me anything new after the other 2 books. Boy was I wrong! I'm a reasonably experienced entrepreneur (11 years, 4 businesses, some decent successes) and I have picked up some really useful things.
They're probably covered in @MJ DeMarco 's previous books but sometimes something written a different way or read at a different time in one's journey just hits differently.
So I wanted to come on here and say if anyone's sitting on the fence, just read it . Looking forward to finishing.
Just finished this book today! This one really drove the concepts home for me. I read this one hoping for some updates from MFL and it didn’t disappoint. Exceptional read!

2 weeks ago I read The Millionaire fast lane... Best book by far... Than I read Unscripted , best book by far... Today I finished The Great rat.-race escape and it's the best book on business that I read. Loved the mix theory and story with example. @MJ DeMarco did a fantastic job, this one is my favorite and I'm already recommending it to people around me. Already applying it to my life and my life became something that I enjoy a lot more. Thank you!

Read. I really struggled with this one unlike the other books. This took a second attempt, maybe a year after the first.
I guess on the first attempted read, novel aspect really didn't appeal to me. Marital problems and so not hugely appealing.
Interestingly, this time where I have managed to read it. I got hooked into the story but then was frustrated with knowledge drops. I wanted to follow the story. I suspect but don't know the formatting will be a polarising thing, either love it or hate it. I would prefer story and then the non fiction, not interspersed.
That being said, takeaways are big, in novel format, it does hit harder. There is plenty to take away and I will reread to get the most out of the knowledge drops. I persevered with this one. And I think I got a lot of value from it, now of course to implement.
Gold nugget to start with: turn off adblock and see what business are more than likely working and learn them. Cool.

Finished reading this book too i like the storytelling and the way the layout is structured i found myself navigating more slowly when reading this book but anyways great books! Thanks for the lessons and knowledge you bring MJ i am very grateful for these books
